Client Success Story: Are You Ready for a Surprise OSHA Inspection?

Client: Property Management Company (association management, maintenance, and sales) with 36 employees.

Success story: This client had been in business for nearly nine years before deciding to partner with us. During an unscheduled OSHA audit that resulted in a fine, we acted as an intermediary and negotiated the fine from $5,000 to $500 based on our programs and the client’s commitment to further training initiatives and invest in safety equipment. Since 2010, we have conducted monthly onsite safety meetings to train employees on a variety of issues pertaining to property and pool maintenance, including site-specific training at different properties. With our assistance, this client’s experience modifier was reduced from a 1.0 to a .93, which saved thousands of dollars in workers' compensation premiums.

Result: Over $4,200 in annual workers’ compensation savings.
